Description

This Papua New Guinea “Highlands Plantation” is a delicious, playful coffee that all who love light roasts will enjoy.  We’ve roasted this to just a City level of roast and coaxed out some notes of caramel, milk chocolate and lemon.
This is going to be a fantastic coffee for anyone playing with different brewing methods that will bring subtle flavors out such as Aeropress and Siphon, but it is also exceptional simply as drip coffee!
